Your mobile number is not displayed on the public leaderboard. Collective japa totals and participant counts may also be displayed.
Please avoid including private information in your public name or place fields. Contact us if you wish to request a change to, or removal of, your public profile.
4. Mobile Number Login
The current japa platform allows access using a mobile number without OTP verification. A mobile number alone does not verify a person’s identity.
Please avoid entering sensitive information in your japa profile. We may request additional information to verify ownership before handling account-related requests.
5. Payment Information
Online payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. Payment credentials, including card details, UPI PINs and OTPs, should be entered only through the relevant secure payment interface.
We do not ask you to share your UPI PIN, card PIN or payment OTP by phone, email or message. Payment providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

The japa platform uses cookies to maintain access and browser storage to retain pending japa counts. Clearing browser data may remove locally stored, unsubmitted counts.
